Sheet mulching

Following some pictures of the current field project. And information about the sheet mulching we are currently trying out.

Thanks a lot to Grant Wood for making the sheet mulching experiment happen.

As you can see in the field, there are many weeds. Many of those weeds are edible and pretty healthy. This video shows you how you can make a dandelion salad (please only use organic/free run/local eggs from a known source if you choose to add raw eggs to the salad).
